A series of 5-minute animations was created from the Berry and Dolly stories in 2009-2010 by Kedd Animation Studio, under the direction of Oscar-nominated director Geza M. Toth (Maestro, Mama, Ergo). The stories are based on Berry and Dolly books of Erika Bartos.

The 26 episodes have run in Hungarian cinemas since summer 2010. The series is currently being aired on Hungarian, Slovakian, Romanian, Serbian and Czech television with negotiations underway with more foreign broadcasters. The 26 episodes are now available in shops on DVD.

The Berry and Dolly animated series, produced by Kedd Animation Studio, won Best Short Film Award at Jiangyin Children’s Film Festival, in 2011.

The author and the animation studio are currently developing new episodes in the Berry and Dolly series.
